I provide couples or relationship therapy combining the attachment based experiential approach of Dr Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) along with the communication skills/problem-solving approaches of Dr John Gottman. Additionally I provide Internal Family Systems (IFS) an intra-psychic approach to understanding internal motivation, self-talk.
Before going into private practice in 2002, I had twelve years of direct psychiatric and substance abuse provider service from 1989-2001, I provided inpatient and outpatient therapy services to family and individuals dealing with psychiatric disorders and substance abuse issues.
