I believe counseling starts with genuine connection and creating a space where people feel heard without judgment. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I utilize person-centered therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, and meaning-centered therapy to help individuals build coping skills, improve relationships, process trauma, and find direction and purpose in life. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop insight, resilience, confidence, and healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, identity struggles, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I offer a supportive and goal-focused approach that helps clients build coping skills, improve relationships, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier patterns for daily life.
Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you feel stuck, unheard, or weighed down by past experiences. You do not have to navigate those struggles alone. Therapy can be a place to process, heal, grow, and move forward with support, clarity, and purpose when you are ready.
