About
Is it hard for you to say no? Is it hard to answer the question “Who am I?” Sometimes it’s so easy to be there for others, and difficult to be there for yourself. If you are in a pattern of empowering others but feeling burned out, you’re not alone and there is hope. There is a way for you to thrive, avoid burnout, and create connections while still being there for yourself. I have seen this transformation happen with my clients, and I would love to talk with you about what is possible.“
I treat anxiety and depression by providing a space to develop insight into unhealthy ways of viewing ourselves & others. We often unconsciously relate to our lives and our relationships with others in self defeating ways. In therapy, insight into these patterns is the first step in tackling how to then take steps to change in the present.
The best way to get in touch with me is through email and I am also available by phone. I respond within 24 hours, and our first step will be a free 20 minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit. I work in person in Sierra Madre and through a secure telehealth platform for anyone in the state of California. I do take PPO insurance out of network.
