While I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders, I am familiar with treating a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Clients who work well with me benefit from my CBT and DBT oriented framework, with an emphasis on client strengths. It is my goal to establish a comfortable relationship to confront difficulties and build personalized solutions.
