I am eager to work with people who are willing to explore the meaning and purpose of human life- people who want to live well and flourish. Life is hard and the world is filled with suffering. But when we remember that our lives are short, we realize the precious nature of each day and are encouraged to pursue healing, find peace, and grow to our full potential. That is the goal of my work as a therapist for children, adults, and couples. I use a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit of each person. I am also affiliated with Healing Grounds Wellness Center in Hamilton, NJ (www.healinggroundswc.com).
I provide counseling for children, adults, couples, and families online via a secure video/telehealth system. I am trained in several therapeutic techniques, but our work together isn’t defined by certain techniques. A therapeutic relationship is built with each person and his/her unique circumstances determine the best approach.
Our world is changing rapidly and I believe ancient wisdom and modern knowledge are both essential for navigating these times and living well. My ultimate goal is to help people live and flourish, creating a reality in which they can thrive.
