I incorporate mindfullness, hypnnotic zone exercises, and solution-focused/strategic therapies to help clients become smart enough to know when to stop thinking. I incorporate a state of the art approach to anxiety and to stuckness. People are afforded an opportunity to bypass the limitations of their conscious, thinking mind while tapping into to their subconscious/creative mind. Integrating talk and experiential therapy allows clients to create more rapid, seamless change/results.
I also speciaize in habit control (smoking cessation, weight management, nail biting, obsessive compulsive issues, etc.) and hypnobirthing utilizing medical hypnotherapy and mindfullness. I treat test taking anxiety and work extensively with athletes, performers, and corporate professionals facilitating specialized peak performance zone techniques.
