About
I work with a variety of treatment needs, lifestyles, and populations, but I'd have to say that my ideal client is someone who is ready to make positive changes in their life. I also value clients who are open to feedback and are honest with me and themselves. Whatever their needs and goals are, if it’s important to them, then it’s important to the therapy process.
A few of the many issues I work with are anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. Two of the main therapeutic approaches I use are solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
In the journey of life, everyone could use a little help along the way. Making that call to seek help may be a scary experience for many, so my goal is to make the therapeutic experience as pleasant as possible from the initial assessment to post treatment with zero judgments along the way.
