Physical tension, existential fears, mood swings, chronic stress, problematic habits and relationship patterns can all come from unresolved events (traumatic or otherwise). As long as these events remain unresolved, those struggles will continue. Maybe you've tried self-help books, coaches, or therapy before, but they felt like just another polite conversation or useful information that doesn't seem to actually spark change. With over 13 years of experience and extensive experience in a variety of approaches, I integrate Eastern philosophies with cutting-edge Western modalities to help you untangle where you're stuck. Together, we’ll break through the barriers, rework patterns that no longer serve you, and chart a clear path toward healing and growth.
I don’t believe in problems, only puzzles waiting to be solved. And you don’t have to solve them alone.
