Family members often benefit from attending a support group for people who were parented by one or more alcoholic parents. Our group meetings are designed to encourage family members to heal by doing their own recovery work. The Three Cs of Al-Anon: I didn't cause the addiction. I can't control the addiction. I can't cure the addiction. We will focus on healing from the childhood trauma of alcoholism.
