Do you constantly feel like you are “too much” or a burden because of your emotions? Are past hurts and traumas impacting your life in ways that you can’t tolerate? Or are you a couple looking to reconnect and strengthen your relationship, finally breaking troublesome patterns that have been holding you back?
My practice seeks to create a safe space for clients to process emotions fully without fear of judgment or punishment. Basically, I would love for our sessions to be an opportunity to release pain and access the most badass, celebratory parts of yourself that will aid in long-term healing.
I use a variety of effective techniques to support trauma, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and Emotion-focused practices. I am also currently completing in an intensive certification program for Couples/Family Therapy. Additionally, I am committed to LGBTQ+ & gender-affirming care.
If none of the technical jargon means anything to you...that’s okay! I care most about nurturing our relationship. A relationship in which we not only work through life’s struggles, but also have moments of laughter, joy, and celebration together. I want you to feel like you can trust me to hold your experiences with the utmost care, because you deserve it.
