I specialize in helping individuals and couples break free from recurring issues in relationships, often tied to family dynamics, trauma, or low self-esteem and shame. My primary specializations are working with trauma, grief and loss, and recurring relational problems. If you feel stuck and want to create meaningful, lasting change, I provide a process-oriented, relational approach designed to increase awareness, build resilience, and resolve psychological and emotional wounds. Together, we can work to improve your mental health, strengthen your relational skills, nurture your relationships, and empower you to live authentically.

I practice a form of counseling that increases your awareness by getting in touch with your embodied experiences, examining relational issues as they occur between us, and by committing to examine uncomfortable issues within the safety of the counseling session. This is especially helpful in resolving trauma and problematic relational patterns.
