In therapy I am very open and genuine with my clients, and people often comment on feeling that I am very approachable. I primarily practice from an attachment perspective, which emphasizes the ways that significant relationships in our lives effect our mental health and relationship patterns.

In the past I worked at a methadone clinic for a year, where I provided therapy for people addicted to heroine and other opiates. I also worked at Heritage Oaks Hospital (an acute psychiatric facility) for a year doing group therapy and intake assessments.
