I specialize in depression, couples counseling, and addiction and recovery. For couples, Gottman and EFT help rebuild trust and communication. For individuals, CBT and DBT give you practical skills for the thoughts and habits that hold you back. When past experiences are still shaping today, EMDR helps your brain process them so they lose their grip.
You don't have to be in crisis to reach out, and you don't have to have it figured out. Some people come in needing someone to listen. Others want a structured plan. Both are welcome here.
