I am a skilled and practiced therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. I love to work with older teens, adults and couples, and parents. I am a certified EMDR therapist; which is an excellent therapy for the treatment of PTSD, trauma and letting go of the past. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and use this approach for a variety of problematic behaviors, such as: anxiety, habit disorders, or to increase confidence and self esteem. Most of my clients find hypnotherapy extremely helpful to manage their fears and worries. I am also well versed in the Enneagram as a personality analysis and tool.
It is important to find a therapist you connect with, this relationship is fundamental to creating a productive and meaningful therapeutic experience. I have been told I am warm, empathic and non judgmental.; I will listen and give you honest feedback. We proceed at your pace, as you are ready and willing to tackle the issues that matter most to you .
I am very interested in helping you heal and live the best version of you, whatever that may be. Patterns that work can be expanded, and those that don't, diminished.
