You have always been enough. An Experiential-Existential holistic approach, offers me a window into knowing more deeply the layers of my clients. I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy, ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, the developmental lens of Attachment-Based Therapy and others within sessions.
