I have over 25 years experience working with clients who are experiencing loss as they transition into new phases of their lives. I use an eclectic method to address family of origin issues and how they impact the adult self. I have a straight forward approach that is culturally responsive and focused on problem solving using CBT, ACT, and other modalities.

I use several therapeutic approaches to address life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, confusion, anger, or fear including: Cognitive Behavioral strategies, mindfulness and stress reduction, exposure/response prevention for anxiety, problem solving, coaching for effective life and communication skills, and expressive arts when appropriate.
