About
At this time I am not accepting new clients. After 20 years of practice with adolescents, adults, and families I've learned that everyone has more strengths than they realize. These strengths are critical to your personal growth, recovery, and making whatever positive changes you want to in your life. And we've all seen that life can get tough. We all need help sometimes. Maybe you're struggling with depressed or anxious thoughts. Whatever you're facing, I'd love to help you draw on your own unique strengths and develop the skills and perspectives you need to start living the life you want.
I supervise, teach, and train other therapists. My treatment style is genuine and real while drawing on evidence-based practices. I focus on bringing a calm, reflective presence in session and focus on helping you make insight-oriented change. I love working with therapists, nerds in general, and helping people recover from trauma in their pasts.
Looking for a therapist is the first step to making change. I hope you give yourself credit for starting on that path! The next step is to find a therapist you can trust. Call me for a free consultation to see if my style and experience matches what you're looking for. I offer evening and some weekend hours for your convenience.
