I have worked with many individuals, couples, families and therapeutic groups with a wide assortment of issues and problems. I have over 30 years of experience in the field. I am committed to providing a safe environment to do the work of therapy. I believe that all clients have the capacity to figure out what they believe and then develop the thoughts and actions that are congruent with their own personal beliefs. Helping to facilitate this process and watching people I have had the privilege to work with grow and flourish had been an honor.
I work with clients through a strengths approach. I am trained in EMDR, CBT and also use mindfulness. I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, etc. I see clients for individual, couples and family work. I work with clients age 14+.
