Congratulations, you've decided you want to change parts of your life. The first step is reaching out to a therapist. My practice focuses on offering services for individuals and couples. I have extensive experience with learning to manage anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Many people experience barriers to a healthy lifestyle, such as anxiety, issues related to their sexuality, and trauma. It is my joy to be a therapist; as such, I feel that my role is to offer support and enable your inner therapist.
I have advanced training in Trauma, ADHD management, and Anxiety management. A person with a diagnosis of ADHD often experiences challenge in managing their day to day life. I can help you develop strategies for time managment, procrastination, and the often resulting emotions of shame and guilt regarding your symptoms.
I am an Ally. Each of us is only a person, and as people, we experience the roller coaster of life. We can work towards a kiddy rollercoaster instead of the 50-foot death dive rollercoaster.
