Current Openings: If you are feeling uneasy and fearful, if you are constantly worrying, feeling "lost" or "directionless", you are not alone. Its hard to ask for help but you have come this far. Take the next step and reach out.
You can learn more about me and my therapeutic process by going to personal website listed on this page under "Locations".
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with young adults and adults of all ages. I am a "generalist" so I treat a wide spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma but my specialty is loss (trauma, grief, untimely death including loss of children, terminal illness, grief).
My therapeutic style is authentic, empathic and interactional. It's important to find a therapist that feels like the right "fit" for you. I would be happy to set up a virtual meeting to see if I am a good fit for you.
