I use a depth-oriented, supportive approach blending Psychoanalysis, Gestalt, Self-Psychology and Mind/Body/Spirit Integration. This synthesis helps me reach unique aspects in each client while giving them new ways to understand and express themselves. I also focus on helping you change behavior & thinking that no longer serves you for your best life.
