Life sometimes presents us with difficult moments. We can experience these as painful pauses or become clouded and lose our ability to feel hopeful. Our greatest challenge is to remember that such moments are also openings - invitations to grow and deepen the intimacy we have with our inner life. Too often we strive to understand or figure things out on our own, yet an "other" is required if we are to be truly and deeply listened to. To be known, witnessed, and helped to see what we cannot see on our own - this is the work, our work.
I completed my graduate studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute, followed by a two-year Postgraduate Fellowship at Wright Institute Los Angeles. My diverse and rigorous clinical training includes work in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Jungian analytical psychology, Gestalt relational, Mindfulness and depth psychology approaches. I am passionate about helping others experiencing grief and loss and life transitions.
