I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with experience treating a variety of mental health needs in different settings. I earned my Masters in Psychology and my Bachelors in Psychology at Texas A&M University Commerce. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and abuse including Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, coping with grief and loss, & depression. I also have experience working with the military community and understand military culture. I work with those who are active-duty military as well as those who are now separated from service.
