Many of my clients are people who are “good at therapy,” yet still find themselves over-functioning, people-pleasing, losing themselves in relationships, or repeating dynamics that have a high cost. I specialize in relationship therapy, breakup and divorce, attachment trauma, dating struggles, codependency, psychedelic integration, and helping people navigate life transitions with more clarity and embodiment.

I have faced my own struggles, which allows me to be with you in a human way—a divorce in my mid-30's, starting a business that nearly failed, living close to someone with an addiction, a life changing health diagnosis. Therapy is a space where we touch the depths of your inner life together, with a map to guide your way. Be in touch and let's begin.

My approach is relational, somatic, and experiential. Clients often describe me as warm, intuitive, grounded, and direct. Together, we pay attention to your thoughts, your nervous system, emotional patterns, body sensations, attachment dynamics, and the subtle moments where you leave yourself to stay safe, avoid conflict, or maintain connection.
