I work with individuals who are carrying invisible weight: the anxiety that won't quiet down, the grief that lingers, the self-doubt that whispers "you're not enough." If you've been through trauma or major life transitions, it can feel like you've lost touch with who you are. I can help you reconnect with yourself.
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate EMDR to help you process painful experiences that still feel "stuck," CBT to challenge negative thought patterns, and mindfulness to help you feel calmer and more grounded in daily life, as well as other modalities tailored to each client.
My communication style is approachable and down-to-earth. I prioritize building rapport as I feel a collaborative partnership is important in the therapeutic process. I consider myself present and engaged during sessions, while practicing active listening, lack of judgment, and the occasional use of humor.
