I work with my clients to help heal life's hurts from a Christian, holistic perspective. My passion is to bring healing to your mind, body, and spirit, and help facilitate healing using a solution-focused model. I work with teens, young adults, women, and families. I have been an advocate for victims of domestic violence, grief counselor, DivorceCare facilitator, and treatment facility therapist. I also work with families going through the difficult process of divorce as a Neutral Mental Health Professional in Collaborative Divorces. I have a wide-array of experience to meet you where you are.
One of my specialities Is helping adolescents and college-age young adults navigate the immense stress of developing independent thinking and making life-changing choices. Walking with couples using Bible-based truths toward reconciliation is a joy and challenging area of my expertise as well.
I have the privilege of serving adolescents, women, couples, and families through what I believe is God's provision of discernment & insight. I view the process of therapy through the lens of the Bible, with the realization that Christ is the ultimate Healer and I am His agent; however, your therapy is YOUR therapy and I respectfully do not push any agenda.
