About
Welcome, I specialize in helping women navigate the emotional rollercoaster of embarking on parenthood, trying to conceive, becoming pregnant, experiencing a loss, enduring hyperemesis gravidarum or other challenging health condition(s) during pregnancy, and adjusting to and coping during the delicate postpartum phase. I also work with women (non-pregnancy related) addressing general mental health issues, needs, life transitions, career junctions and challenges, interpersonal situations, parenting children with a disability, and so much more. Lastly, I offer Clinical Supervision/Case Consultation to licensed therapists.
I offer a welcoming, warm, nonjudgmental and collaborative space to sit down and be heard, listened to attentively, seen, and valued. Psychotherapy is hard work but one of the greatest investments you will make in yourself. You will gain skills and insight that will stay with you forever. It will be driven by what you bring and your ability to be challenged.
I look forward to developing a trusting relationship that will help launch you towards reaching your goals, be it for individual psychotherapy or consultation if you are a therapist. I draw from methods of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalysis, Dream Analysis, Sleep Hygiene, & Behavior Modification. I am licensed in both MA and CT.
