I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, registered Clinical Supervisor, and longtime therapist who’s spent my entire career walking alongside children and the adults who raise them. I specialize in helping young children work through emotional and behavioral challenges at home, in school, and in everyday life — and I believe real healing happens when we support both the child and the caregiving system around them.
I have formal training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and use components of attachment therapy, play therapy, and sandtray play therapy.
My approach?
Playful, child-centered, and deeply rooted in connection. I create spaces where all feelings are welcome, even when words are hard to find — whether that means getting on the floor, digging into the sandtray, or helping parents navigate the tough moments with confidence and compassion.
I am also a mom.
