I work with clients who are experiencing all types of challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, post-partum challenges, relationship/parenting struggles and life adjustments.
As a Mom of young children, I have a special interest in helping support parents who are raising children in what feels like an increasingly chaotic world.
I prioritize building a positive and trusting relationship with each client by truly listening, understanding their needs, and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for growth.
I offer client-centered, strengths-based therapy. I utilize CBT, DBT, ACT and somatic techniques. While I work across the age spectrum and enjoy getting to know clients at every stage of life, I particularly enjoy working with parents as they navigate their identity while raising children.
