I provide telehealth counseling to women residing in Washington and Idaho. If you struggle with anxiety, stress, worry, or relationship issues that negatively impact your life or if you feel lost or broken and don't know what to do next, I would love to chat with you.
I provide cognitive behavioral therapy. We collaboratively discuss goals for counseling that will make positive changes in your life.
