Together, we’ll slow down, listen to what your body and heart have been trying to say, and gently untangle the patterns that keep you overgiving and running on empty. In community, and in connection, you’ll have space to reconnect with yourself and begin living from a steadier, more authentic place. Our next closed group runs Mondays March 23 – May 11.
