I believe that we all have a deep well of wisdom within us and that as my therapy client, you have the ability within you to change your life. My job is to help you access your existing inner strength and wisdom so you can change your life course toward what you really want. I have a deep compassion for the pain you’re experiencing and I use a collaborative approach so that we can work together as a team on your healing journey. I truly enjoy working with a wide variety of age groups and populations.

I can help with issues such as depression and other mood disorders, anxiety and fear, grief and loss, trauma, parenting and divorce-related problems, among others. I am trained in Mind-Body Bridging therapy and I emphasize self-care and science-backed mindfulness practices in my therapy.
