My name is Jodi Weisberger and I am a NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance abuse/co-occurring disorders, relationship conflict, parenting skills, women’s issues, stress management and life transitions. Various treatment techniques I use are CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Therapy is not “one size fits all” and I often tell my clients this is your journey and I am here for you.
Regardless of why you are seeking therapy, it is always my goal to help you gain skills, insight and self confidence; to feel empowered, heard and safe. That, combined with my nurturing, motivating and honest approach will allow you to feel comfortable exploring sensitive, personal experiences and struggles.
