Online only is temporary while moving. Have you tried therapy and gotten stuck? Do you feel like it's your job to figure out what to talk about in therapy next so you gave up? I work with women and teens on many topics but collaborate with you on what we do. I customize therapy to my clients, you give the target, I supply the roadmap to get there. Grief, anxiety, traum & overwhelm I can get you through. My style is warm, relaxed, and holistic. I use my 30 years of experience to help clients find answers by offering honest reflection & integrative tools. No confusion, no pressure. We work in session you rest in between.
Working with teens requires warmth, encouragement and compassion. Even though I am aging I still very much love my teen clients and helping them make sense of their lives. I also love adults working toward an embodied view of themselves by casting off behaviors that no longer work, & I offer warm & safe clinical supervision.
If you don’t know what to do when facing hard things, teen or adult, this is a safe place to come and face those hard things. Warm, open and authentic I will be with you every step of the way, no matter how long it takes. I would love to walk with you through whatever you face and teach you courage, self-compassion and coping skills that will last.
