Grief, anxiety, traum & overwhelm I can get you through. My style is warm, relaxed, and holistic. I use my 30 years of experience to help clients find answers by offering honest reflection & integrative tools. No confusion, no pressure. We work in session you rest in between.
Working with teens requires warmth, encouragement and compassion. Even though I am aging I still very much love my teen clients and helping them make sense of their lives. I also love adults working toward an embodied view of themselves by casting off behaviors that no longer work, & I offer warm & safe clinical supervision.
If you don’t know what to do when facing hard things, teen or adult, this is a safe place to come and face those hard things. Warm, open and authentic I will be with you every step of the way, no matter how long it takes. I would love to walk with you through whatever you face and teach you courage, self-compassion and coping skills that will last.
