I support my clients in letting go of harmful patterns so they can live their most authetic life. This includes grief work also. My style is warm, relaxed, and holistic. I use my 25+ years of experience to customize the therapy experience to each client and their unique desires. I support my clients finding answers by offering honest reflection and integrative tools. Working with teens requires warmth, encouragement and compassion. Even though I am aging I still very much love my teen clients and helping them make sense of their lives. I also love adults working toward an embodied view of themselves by casting off behaviors that no longer work, & I offer warm & safe clinical supervision.
