I have considerable experience in working with military, I specialize in couple therapy using EFT, I'm certified in the model of AEDP and I have experience facilitating DBT, EFT and Codependency groups.
My experience originated from providing therapy to veterans at the VA and working with active duty at Aurora. I've received advanced training in EFT for couples, spoken at Hold Me Tight workshops, spoken to grad students at USD on codependency, facilitated EFT, Codependency and DBT groups, and I'm currently certified in the model of AEDP.

People who suffer from codependency are some of the most compassionate, empathetic and caring people you'll meet. They fix, rescue, caretake, enable and give of their time and energy. Unfortunately, often times codependent people are blind to their own needs and often feel used and taken advantage of.
