We all navigate life's unpredictable journey, experiencing both anticipated milestones and unexpected challenges that can sometimes leave us feeling off-center or off-track. Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, my goal is to provide a supportive, empathetic and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel empowered to find your center and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My practice approach is grounded in the collaborative client-clinician relationship. From there I draw from a number of evidence-based theories to determine what will work best in our work together.
I have a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from The University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from St. Catherine University. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as well as an approved Clinical Licensing Supervisor.
Over the 28 years of my career in social work, I’ve had the honor to witness the resilience and strength of individuals and families as they navigate challenging life circumstances. This work has shaped my own growth, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to support others in their healing process. I look forward to working with you!
