I am an individual, marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience helping improve the lives of individuals, couples, families, and teens. As an individual, Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings including in-home, day-treatment, and outpatient therapy which included individual and group therapy. I have extensive experience in the treatment of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self-esteem, coping problems, adjustment issues, and relational difficulties.
My goal is to assist people with achieving their goals. I have a lot of practical and easy to learn tools to assist with coping, improving mood, and problem solving. My genuine and warm style has helped people feel at ease so they can feel most comfortable discussing even difficult subjects.
