In today's fast paced world, people can feel disconnected from their feelings while others feel overwhelmed by them. Getting in touch with your whole self can guide you to answer questions that have escaped you. For those of you who feel flooded by feelings, anchoring to something solid and reasonable can help the storm pass by more smoothly. Or, if you keep finding yourself just feeling stuck, therapy can help you break free from whatever is holding you back, whether it is fears, patterns, or even people, lets explore together and find a solution.
For over 25 years I've worked with children and adults in hospitals, schools, clinics, and offices, as well as private practice. I now provide online or teletherapy to people who's schedules make it difficult to get to the office.
I am grateful to all of the clients who have taught and influenced me over the years, and kept me young at heart.
