About
Thank you for visiting this profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified grief counselor. I am currently accepting new clients who are struggling with loss, bereavement, and secondary challenges that accompany grief. My goal is to help you express how you are feeling, as well as help find a way to make sense of your loss so you are able to carry it even when you dont think you can. My work in hospitals as a medical social worker has allowed me to be a part of patient/ family life experiences and gain a unique perspective on loss and individual resilience.
I try to offer a judgement free, empathetic environment to process what you are experiencing. By combining your inner strength with support, and a personalized approach we can explore uncomplicated grief or treat complicated/prolonged/persistant grief together. My focus is to help clients balance loss oriented thinking with adaptive personal growth.
Life transitions are difficult and come in many forms. I invite you to share your memories and gain support in restoring your sense of self. Please feel free to email me to schedule a virtual or in office appointment.
