About
I empower people to make changes in their lives. I help clients navigate life transitions, resolve relationship issues with family, co-workers and friends and manage emotional difficulties such as anxiety and depression. Helping individuals and families address ADD/ADHD challenges and issues is another area of expertise. We work together to discover the client's strengths and resources, sources of support and identify obstacles to change. I help people increase motivation so they can take action to achieve the life they want rather than the life they wish they had.
Often people have the tools they need to make changes but they either don't know it or don't know how to use them effectively. I help clients identify the self-criticisms and fears that can stand in the way of being able to mobilize to make changes in life.
