As a Registered Drama Therapist, I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), chronic pain, ADHD, and cognitive decline. My practice offers a unique, integrative approach that combines evidence-based therapy (including CBT and trauma-informed care) with creative, experiential tools like role-play, storytelling, guided imagery, and narrative therapy. With children, adolescents, and adults, I use drama therapy and talk therapy to support emotional regulation, social connection, and executive functioning, especially for those with emotional pain and suffering.
Since 2020, I’ve supported over 180 clients through individual therapy, and previously led group therapy for emerging adults, cancer and TBI patients, and older adults with Alzheimer’s. Many of my clients are survivors of motor vehicle accidents or personal injury, working to rebuild a sense of identity and emotional resilience after life-altering events.
I also provide integrative rehabilitation support within multidisciplinary teams, helping clients process grief, loss, and emotional trauma while restoring agency and meaning. My therapeutic style is warm, affirming, and humanistic, rooted in the belief that healing involves the whole self: mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
