About
Nothing feels more powerless than watching your teen shut down from trauma, social isolation and bullying. Young people don't always know how to express what they're feeling with words. Often their behaviors tell the story of how they feel. And when those behaviors are stemming from inner pain and conflict, they appear more like acting out. We need to redirect from the root cause... and help our children to get on the right track so they start using their feelings as a guide to navigating their emotional system toward self-love, self-worth and true confidence from the inside out.
Positive feelings lead to positive thoughts, which lead to positive actions, which lead to positive behavior patterns, which lead to positive outcomes. This is the path we need to strive to pave for our children, so they can achieve all the amazing things they deserve to achieve in life.
When we learn coping skills to unwanted feelings, thoughts and behaviors, we begin to uproot the destructive habits like a weed. Only then can we replace with seeds of love. If I can help you and your family pave your path, please contact me so we can begin to create more positive energy and love in the world, one individual at a time.

Group Therapy for Teenagers
A drama therapy group can help teens feel connected to themselves and others. If your teen is feeling alone, disconnected, down, and quite honestly, bored, a drama therapy group can help! With continued limits on sports, school and activities, our sons and daughters are longing for other teens to interact with during these challenging times. By engaging in drama therapy modalities like role play, playback theater, transformational storytelling, improvisation and more, self-discovery can lead to new ideas, clarity of vision, and an understanding of who they are and how to succeed in life.
