I specialize in working with complex trauma, specifically trauma stemming from intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and childhood abuse. I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients and neurodiverse clients . I incorporate a compassion-focused approach with trauma-informed interventions to promote self-love and self-acceptance.
I believe that each person holds within themselves the ability to heal. We have all experienced pain, grief and hardship, and we all have the capacity for great resiliency.
