About

Hope, Resilience and Renewal. The belief in the power of these is the basis of my work with you. Are you feeling alone, sad and in pain from grief and loss? Maybe it was the death of a loved one or the ending of a relationship. Maybe it was a recent move, a change in life status; marriage, divorce, empty nesting or retirement. Maybe it was the loss of plans, hopes and dreams. Maybe it was the loss of a job, your health, or the feeling of safety and trust due to world events from the pandemic, war and injustice. I know it may be tempting to avoid dealing with our grief, but you can’t heal what you don’t face and address.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, respectful and safe environment for you to share and manage through your grief. I want to hear your story and partner with you to address your challenges head on. I specialize in grief as well as relationship issues, mood issues and career struggles. Let's build on your strengths to face life's struggles together.
I provide a warm and supportive space in person or via video to begin this important work. I understand you have the difficult task of taking the first step and reaching out. I promise I will listen and I will be open, accepting, non-judgmental and collaborative. Let's work together to tackle these challenges and get you where you want to be in life.
