About
There comes a point in our lives when we realize that we haven't been living with intention. Sometimes this awareness stems from a traumatic event, a betrayal, a stressful life transition (good or bad) or simply an aha moment. It is at this point we have a choice, continue as we always have, or do something different. Unfortunately we don't always know what that "something different" is and need help unlocking the possibilities and potential that have always been within us, yet hidden by creative adjustments we developed to keep us safe.
I am a fellow human consciousness guide who is passionate about supporting people in their journey to find meaning, purpose and connection through learning to trust their own intuition. I do this through a variety of psycho-spiritual and transpersonal approaches.
I consider myself to be an integrative practitioner. Although I am trained in several evidence based treatments, I rely on intuition and the collaborative relationship between us to guide interventions and approaches.
