I know life does not always go as planned. Sometimes we need to talk to someone. When we need help with our physical bodies, we see a medical doctor. When our mind and heart hurt and we need help untangling our thoughts and feelings, we find a therapist. I am here with you as we find sources of pain, learn skills to help, and build a life worth living.
I am a Master of Social Work graduate from Michigan State University certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and attachment concerns. I work with a team of clinicians at a small private practice that is known in the community for excellence.
Together we can untangle the weave of thoughts, feelings, hopes, and dreams that you experience and find a path forward that is right for you. I empower my patients to find their path by building insight, awareness, and skills to handle life’s challenges. You are not alone. I'm here to walk with you through what you are experiencing right now.
