As a therapist, I am passionate about authentically partnering to support the healing, self-awareness, and well-being of women, teens, and their families. I specialize in working with women around fertility challenges, IVF, miscarriage and loss, pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, depression and OCD. I also have experience navigating life transitions stemming from relationship changes, identity and motherhood.
Applying a strengths-based & person-centered approach to perinatal mood disorders, infertility, miscarriage, grief/loss, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges, I look for ways to incorporate mindfulness, reflection, and metaphor into our time together. As a mother and former educator, I also understand the multifaceted pressure facing parents and teens today.
I believe it takes courage to prioritize your own needs and begin a journey towards emotional and mental fulfillment.
