The world can be hard. I am here to let you know that you are not alone. I believe that counseling is a tool that can be used to foster healing, self-discovery, and personal growth in an individual's life. Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship issues, I’m here to support you. I work with adults of all ages and genders and have experience helping those who have faced challenges like sexual assault, childhood neglect, and suicidal ideation. My aim is to help guide you toward mental liberation through mindfulness, self-compassion, empowerment, and education.
I believe deeply in the power of empathetic listening, acceptance, and collaborative support as we work together toward your unique goals. I see the body and mind as a whole and I weave together elements from somatic, attachment, feminist, and person-centered approaches, alongside EMDR, to provide a trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded experience.
If you're ready to explore a path toward healing and self-discovery, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Let’s work together to help you feel more empowered and whole.
