I use a client-centered and solution-focused approach to walk with you through the times when it feels the hardest. My goal is to guide my clients on the journey to their best self; helping them identify their inner strengths and create sustainable changes in their lives.
Sometimes we need a hand in exploring our habits, developing coping skills, a sounding board, a mirror ... sometimes we just need to sit with whatever we are going through and feel safe and able to express ourselves freely. I offer a safe, trusting and non-judgmental space to allow clients to show up as their authentic self.
