Jodi's specialty is working with late adolescents and adults. Jodi has exceptional knowledge in treating trauma, adjustment issues, addiction, anxiety, emotional dependency and depression. Additional specialties include finding purpose, creating a balance, and relieving behaviors such as addiction, weight issues, chronic pain and performance anxiety.
Jodi has extensive training in Emotional Freedom Technique. Using EFT will balance the body's energy system and relieve psychological and physical tension. While tapping on meridian end-points, it can deactivate the fear in the body. With a calming in the body, healing can begin. EFT is also a self-driven practice as well.
